Christmas on Main Street 2023

The Thompson Falls Chamber of Commerce, along with other local organizations, invites you to join the Christmas on Main Street event December 1 and 2.

DECEMBER 1: Holiday Stroll - We invite members, businesses and organizations to stay open 4-6 p.m. and offer treats, deals and holiday cheer as we usher in the Christmas season. At 6 p.m., Rob Viens and his caroling group will entertain the community as we light the community Christmas tree. The tree is located across Main Street from the Sanders County Courthouse.

DECEMBER 2: The Men's Prayer Breakfast Group will once again be hosting the community before the parade, offering cocoa and treats in the First Security Bank parking lot along Main Street. Did you know the Chamber is also involved in that we provide tables, portable heaters and other items for the Men's Prayer Breakfast group.

At 6:30 p.m., the Christmas on Main Street parade will kick off, starting at the corner between Town Pump and Thompson Falls Family Pharmacy and working its way east through town. It's such a wonderful event that brings the community together.

Following the parade, the Rex Community Theater Afterparty will offer a variety of entertainment to keep the holiday spirit going.

Don't forget to stop by the Old Jail Museum on Saturday to check out the wonderful edible creations in the Historical Society's annual gingerbread contest. More information about how to enter is available in the November 9 issue of The Ledger.
